Our Story
1992 — Nora, Teresa y Vicente
The estate was originally acquired by Princess Nora von Liechtenstein in 1988, when she married Vicente Sartorius and moved to Spain.
When Vicente first took her to Extremadura, she fell in love with the beauty of the dehesa extremeña—a unique, biodiverse landscape that captivated her from the start.
It was then that they decided to acquire the estate, which has since become a place where the family gathers to enjoy nature, host and welcome friends and family, and oversee the different agricultural projects implemented over the years.

2027 — Reopening after the renovation
Following a major renovation of the house’s infrastructure completed in 2027, Princess Nora and her daughter, Teresa Sartorius, launch The Wellness Weekends—a family-led project that opens the doors of the estate to guests, inviting them to experience the space as they have for decades.
2019 — Renovating 2025 — Opening
Teresa leads the project, personally curating and overseeing every guest experience. With a background in communication and event organization, she is also a certified health coach and chef, trained at Le Cordon Bleu. Her expertise in both event planning and gastronomy is thoughtfully implemented in the culinary aspect of each experience.
